WE COMMIT TO THE REPLACEMENT PART BEING DELIVERED IN WORKING ORDER AND READY TO INSTALL.

 

If the replacement part is received and is not in working order, customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery by logging a ticket at support.ovedecors.com or calling our Customer Service department from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 to 17:00 (EST), at 1-866-839-2888. Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
